NO. SO(ER-II)6-4/2018: In exercise of powers conferred under Section 4(1) and 4(6) of

the Punjab Education Initiatıve Management Authority Act, 2018, and in pursuance of the

approval by the Provincial Cabinet, the following are hereby appointed as Chairperson /

non-official members of Punjab Education Initiative Management Authority. with

immedate effect

Schools opening after smog closure

No.SO(A-)1-31/2022: Pursuant to order dated 18.11.2024 of Director General

Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Government of the Punjab and in continuation

of this department's earlier notifications dated 15.11.2024, all Educational Institutions

(Public & Private) in the province of the Punjab except Lahore and Multan divisions

shall be opened w.e.f 19.11.2024 (Tuesday) with physical presence of students/staff

with following restriction /precautionary measures:

Updation of ECCE indicators on SIS before CENSUS

Kindly refer to the letter No. MEO-IV/M&E/2023-24/29379 dated November 13, 2024

regarding the schedule of Annual School Census, wherein CEOs - DEAs were requested to direct Schools to

rectify anomalies in SIS and submit correct data till November 20,2024 (Annex-A).

Owing to the above, you are requested to ensure the corection of anomalies in SIS, ECCE

Indicators data (where applicable) pertaining to PHCIP Schools as well following below details:
