Updation of ECCE indicators on SIS before CENSUS

Kindly refer to the letter No. MEO-IV/M&E/2023-24/29379 dated November 13, 2024

regarding the schedule of Annual School Census, wherein CEOs - DEAs were requested to direct Schools to

rectify anomalies in SIS and submit correct data till November 20,2024 (Annex-A).

Owing to the above, you are requested to ensure the corection of anomalies in SIS, ECCE

Indicators data (where applicable) pertaining to PHCIP Schools as well following below details:

Celebration of global childrens day

You are well aware that "World Children's Day takes place

each year on 20 November. The day marks the United Nations General

Assembly's adoption of the Declaration of the Rights of the Child in 1959 as

well as the Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) in 1989". In this

regard you are directed to celebrate the Global Children's Day on 20-11-2024

in all Public & Private schools District Rajanpur.

SDP Rajanpur re-instated

Mr. Sultan Ali Khan, Senior Data Processor alo District Monitoring Office,

Rajanpur, therefore, is hereby reinstated in service we.t. 15.08.2024 and

directed to report back to the ofce of DMO, Rajanpur. He wilcontinue to draw

his monthly salary from the office of DMO, Rajanpur.
