2. QAED Punjab is going to manage 06 Days' face to face training of District Subject Experts (DSES) under School-based CPD of PSTs for Module-1 of EaSTE w.e.f. 05-12-22 to 10-12-22 at QAED Punjab, Wahdat Road Lahore. The list of selected DSES (123) is attached at Annex-A.

The District Subject Experts (DSES) will deliver 05 Days' face to face training to

Assistant Education Officers (AEOS) w.e.f. 12-12-22 to 23-12-22 in two Batches at District QAEDs in

36 Districts of the Punjab.

The District QAED Heads are, therefore, requested to do the following:

a) coordinate with the concerned CEOS for relieving of DSES and AEOS from

their schools/ workplace for training and ensure 100% attendance of DSES & AEOS during trainings as per schedule shared above.

b) The allocation of DSES for training of AEOS at District QAEDs is attached

at Annex-B.

5. The soft copies of training content for AEOS' training & timetable has been shared through email. The QAED Heads will get photocopy of the training content for the trainers (DSES) and the participants (AEOs). Timetable of AEOs' training will be shared through email before

commencement of the training. 6. The financial guidelines for the training of AEOS will be issued by the Deputy

Director-Finance of QAED Punjab. The District QAED Heads will ensure 100% attendance of the DSES and AEOs as per

E-PER 2022



It is already in your knowledge that performance evaluation reports (PERS) of all teaching cadres are to be initiated and countersigned through online (HRMIS) system. After the introduction and implementation of e-PER (online) no manual PER of current year will be considered / accepted.

The system is open w.e.f. 01.11.2022 for submission of e-PERS. All concerned teachers / officers under your domain may be directed to submit their e-PERS on HRMIS.

The last date of submission of e-PER in the system is 31.12.2022 on HRMIS. The concerned Reporting Officers (R.O) and Countersigning Officers (C.O) shall have to complete their assignments in the capacity of R.O and C.O well before 31.03.2023.

In future all kinds of promotions will be made through e-Promotion on HRMIS system on the basis of e-PERS. Non-submission of e-PER through system (HRMIS) within time will create difficulties in promotion process. The defaulters of non-submission of e-PER will be responsible for the consequences and deferment of their promotion due to non-availability of e- PER.
